Overview

Cancel Order extension is a very helpful extension for Magento 2 customers. This extension allows the customer to cancel orders before they are shipped. It is a must-have extension for store owners and provides a user-friendly environment to the customers. If the store owner installs this extension then the customer can directly cancel an order from frontend my account section.
Sometimes customers can make mistakes during order placement or may provide incorrect payment values, and orders remain ‘Pending’. As the default Magento options do not allow automatic cancellation, the number of unpaid orders is growing, which leads to inventory  discrepancy. Such cases cause stock issues and profit losses, especially for the B2B segment.
In frontend it provides Cancel Order button at various places like Recent Orders grid in My Account, My Orders Grid & Order Detail page of the customers. Customer can also add comments while cancelling their order and when order is cancelled successfully then an email notification will be sent.
